HEALTH SEEKER: "Juice!"
by jennysilliman@juno.com

QUESTION FOR JENNY
>What do you think of
> the Champion juicer?
>Would you recommend it?

Yes, I like my Champion juicer. It is a fast juicer. However I have a SoloStar Juicer also. It is for wheatgrass juice and greens but it is slow and I'm often in a hurry. Pulp is drier but machine is slower.Champion pulp is wetter but the machine is FAST. The Champion is as SOLID as can be and has served me well for many many years. It costs about $250. You can put the pulp back through a second time for drier pulp.

I also use Champion (with a blank plate) for nut butters and to make atype of soft serve "ice cream" made of all fruit and frozen banana base, but don't really taste bananas. Add blueberries for blueberry flavor, strawberries for strawberry flavor, vanilla bean gound up for vanilla flavor, raw carob powder for choco-like flavor etc. Everyone I've tried this soft serve "ice-cream" on just thinks it is delicious. Great for a celebration food!

I do use my SoloStar juicer every morning. It wrings the blades ofwheatgrass, sprigs of parsley and green leaves or celery DRY. I growwheat sprouts on my kitchen counter in a half inch of soil in a Rubbermaid bin lid and then layer of wheat berries thick and water dailyand sprout and grow till 5 to 7 inches tall then cut with scissors and JUICE with SoloStar. Easy and fun! The juice is AMAZING! Has everynutrient known to man! Protein, calcium, b-vits for energy, even B12!

This cup of green juice I drink every morning is like insurance. I know I'm getting what nutrients I need. I have soft skin, clear eyes, amazingmental clarity--I credit nourishment from my green juice breakfast! If you have overweight or craving struggles--here's your solution! Juice! Ahhhh so satisfying! Floods cells immediately with nourishment cells arecraving! Fiber removed to bypass broken down, faulty, or coated digestive system. Have a second juice for lunch then fruit snacks, green fruit smoothies, daily grind flax seed for essential fats, and a huge green leafy salad for supper and you'll be amazed at health and healing, no more cravings and excess weight will fall off of you!

Be aware this potent healing juice may put body into cleaning out toxins also known as detoxing or healing crisis. However this is SO healing andprevents/heals any disease or ailment known to ma--even cancer. Always rise to new level of health, lose excess weight and feel high on healthafter a cycle of detox. SoloStar is best for greens and especially stringy things like celery andwheatgrass and dry green leafys like kale, romaine or parsley. It is sortof hard/slow to do carrots. Also apples, which I add to make juice yummy, make a mess with the foamy pulp overflowing the strainer. I usually just juice 1 apple then it is fine. Other veggies are doable, just slower.

If want a fast juice I use my Champion without wheatgrass or drier leaves.Champion does spinach, apple, cuke, carrot, celery, beet juices very well. In SoloStar I usually juice 1 carrot, 1 celery stick, 1 apple, 1 zucchini, parsley, spinach or kale and lots of wheatgrass to make a cupof potent healing energizing green juice. You can call and order the SoloStar for a big savings and it is only $199.99 if you give them my name Jenny Silliman.
